  • Big-Picture Thinking: You’re strategic by nature; able to plan and deliver recruitment approaches that align with business needs, workforce planning, and what’s happening in the local talent market.
  • Operational Know-How & Tech Confidence: You keep things running smoothly; managing recruitment processes end to end, making smart use of ATS and analytics tools, and bringing in fresh tech ideas to improve how we work.
  • Strong Relationship Building: You’re great at building trust and working closely with stakeholders, whether it’s business leaders, HR partners, or our RPO provider; keeping everyone aligned, informed, and working toward shared goals.
  • Comfort with Change: You stay steady and positive through change; helping others navigate transitions, adapt quickly, and stay focused as processes, tools, or priorities evolve.

  • Led hiring for multiple roles across regions, partnered closely with stakeholders, and supported strategic workforce planning.
  • Confident in navigating ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and process improvements.
  • You\’re someone who understands how to balance candidate experience, business needs, and operational efficiency to drive successful hiring outcomes.
