Description: Service-manufacture order opening, TECO, business complete and invoicing. Preparation of quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other). Subcontract purchase requisition order – purchase order raising. Supplier liaison/parts and return tracking. Maintain/update all details on SAP. Drafting repair plans, compiling complete job packs with documentation as necessary. Regular check ins/communication to technicians, adapting and updating information where necessary (including customer communications). Regular audit of job pack documents to ensure compliance and timely completion per service processes.
