The Business Line Manager will specialize in Product Marketing for the EU Aftermarket Department. In this role you will lead the product lifecycle, drive market strategy, and mentor associates to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Drive the longâterm product line strategy, ensuring alignment between market opportunities, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and development to launch, growth, and endâofâlife to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies, to strengthen market presence and competitive differentiation.
- Translate complex market and customer insights into actionable business strategies that enhance value creation and growth potential.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with engineering, sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless product introductions and lifecycle transitions.
- Strengthen the brand's presence through effective communication strategies and by maintaining a consistent, customerâfocused message.
- Optimize product performance by continuously monitoring market trends, competitive movements, and internal data to drive timely and informed decisions.
- Mentor and guide Associate Product Managers to foster professional growth, build team capability, and support succession planning.
Qualifications

- Preferred: background in the automotive aftermarket, especially in commercial vehicles or service parts for complex OEM products.
- Familiarity with axle, driveline, steering, or suspension products is advantageous.
