We are looking for a talented Product Engineering Specialist to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Components Software organisation in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve innovative products and engineering solutions.
- Work with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and customer‑facing teams to support product development activities.
- Help solve technical challenges using structured problem‑solving methods and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Contribute to product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Support engineering projects from concept through implementation, taking ownership of deliverables and helping drive successful outcomes.
- Share knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- A degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
