About The Civilian Work Attachment
Cummins is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) Programme, delivered in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP). This two‑week placement has been designed to help Service Leavers gain practical experience within a global engineering organisation, providing valuable insight into civilian industry while exploring how the skills developed during military service can be applied across engineering and manufacturing.
Working alongside experienced engineers, technicians and manufacturing professionals, you'll gain first‑hand experience of how products are designed, built, tested and validated before reaching customers. About The Placement
