We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Manufacturing Engineering Department in Darlington. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinate documents, data, and administrative activities that help the team, department, or function operate efficiently and consistently.
- Gather, verify, and enter accurate information into reports, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems.
- Support engineering change activity from release through implementation by using Windchill, PowerApps, VPCR processes, and related change management tools.
- Identify components, usage, and potential plant impacts from drawings, details, released engineering changes, part setups, effectivity dates, and bills of material.
- Monitor upcoming changes early, assess potential impact to the plant, and help prepare stakeholders for successful implementation.
- Communicate change details clearly to team members and wider plant stakeholders, including coordinating weekly change meetings and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative and operational support by preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, arranging calls, responding to routine inquiries, and supporting payment documentation when required.
- Maintain and update key departmental information, including policies, procedures, Power BI KPI data, safety CAR status, quality CAR status, and other reporting needs.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly across different teams, functions, and stakeholder groups.

Education / Experience:
- High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent experience that meets applicable requirements.
- Some work experience, intermediate knowledge, or relevant training gained through education, on-the-job learning, or a similar administrative, operations, engineering support, or change coordination environment.
- Experience with systems such as Windchill, PowerApps, Oracle, Power BI, VPCR processes, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or change-management platforms is beneficial.
