We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team, specialising in engineering operations and leadership support within our Power Systems organisation in Sandwich, Kent.
Responsibilities
- Enable consistent and effective leadership cadence across a global engineering organisation through structured coordination and follow-up.
- Strengthen cross-regional alignment by connecting teams across EMEIA and ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates.
- Improve decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven reports and dashboards.
- Enhance visibility of key projects, risks, and performance metrics through high-quality tracking and reporting.
- Drive execution discipline by capturing actions, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability across leadership forums.
- Elevate the quality of leadership communications through clear, concise, and professionally structured materials.
