Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting with HR Administration across the business.
- Assist the wider HR team in any project work, enabling you to build your own knowledge, skills and experience.
- Creating leaflets and documentation for various events - Career Fairs, Graduate Programmes etc.
- Distribute PPE to employees as required, ensuring that we have suitable levels of PPE in-house.
- Manage and maintain personnel records within Workday to ensure updated and accurate information is held.
- Employee benefits enrolment via Workday on successful completion of probation.
- Adding and terminating employees on Workday via TANs in a timely manner to ensure accuracy in Payroll.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded to Workday in a timely manner.
- Recording employee absence, sending out declaration forms and chasing return to work interviews.
- Assist the recruitment team with HR related activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
- Assist the recruitment team in creating Induction Documents for new starters.
- Ensure that all Right to Work checks are carried out accurately. Maintaining all current VISA information to ensure compliance.
- Manage the probationary review process ensuring that documentation is issued on time, and raising any relevant outcomes (extensions, training requirements etc).
- Supporting new starters with any assistance they may need during their initial few weeks with the business.
- Support the annual Appraisal process, ensuring that Appraisal documents are sent out on time and tracking the return.
- Oversee the training process, actioning training request forms through liaising with external providers to book the relevant training.
- Update Workday with employees obtained certifications.
- Sending training invites and reminders to attend training sessions.

- Previous experience with Workday is essential.

- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
