Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • General: Supporting HR administration across the business. Assisting the HR team with various project work, creating leaflets and documentation for events such as career fairs and graduate programmes, and distributing personal protective equipment when required.
  • Workday: Managing and maintaining personnel records, ensuring accurate information and relevant documentation. Facilitating employee benefits enrolment, adding and terminating employees, recording absences, and handling return‑to‑work procedures.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting the recruitment team with onboarding activities, creating induction documents, verifying right‑to‑work checks, maintaining visa compliance, managing the probationary review process, and supporting new hires during their first weeks.
  • Training: Supporting the annual appraisal process, coordinating training requests, liaising with external providers, updating certifications in Workday, and sending training invitations and reminders.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
