Cumming Group seeks Project Managers with experience on future residential or mixed‑use projects. The role supports project delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full range of Project Management Process and deliver day‑to‑day project tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in knowledge capture, sharing, and innovation.
  • Contribute to tender preparation, contractor selection and contract documentation.
  • Help manage risk and value, and administer contracts (including monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration tasks).
  • Provide accurate and timely deliverables to a high quality standard.
  • Ensure service delivery follows company policies, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and client corporate governance where applicable.
  • Achieve objectives set in the annual performance review and demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Support development and management of project programmes and secure stakeholder buy‑in.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
  • Minimal experience and basic understanding of industry‑standard contract forms, typically JCT and NEC.
  • Limited technical project management skills, with foundational knowledge of PM processes such as Risk, Opportunities and Issues, and Change Control.
  • Experience supporting delivery of multiple projects and understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with clients and staff, supporting stakeholder management.
  • High degree of integrity.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Industry‑specific real estate or hospitality construction associate status with APM or RICS.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
  • Basic understanding of leadership techniques.
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience.
