Essential Duties & Responsibility

Provide support for day-to-day delivery responsibility for small to medium projects, support

larger projects/programmes of work and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervisionSupport knowledge capture, sharing and innovation. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives at service and sector levelPrepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reportsSupport risk and value managementContract administration including preparation of valuations, forecasts, cost reports and attendance at project meetingsPreparation of bills of quantities, schedules of rates, or other methods of work evaluationDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of qualitySupport the delivery of work through proactive involvement where appropriate and through performance management of personnel to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to a high-quality standardUndertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Practice, particularly Health and Safety and Quality AssuranceProvide services in compliance with

the client's corporate governance procedures where applicableAchieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review processWork to deadlines set by the Project Team LeaderFiling of project correspondence in accordance with requirementsSupport evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentationDevelop our business; networking and developing client relationshipsDemonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement

Preferred Education and Experience

Ideally degree qualified: construction, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying or other RICS accredited degreeWorking towards MRICS / other equivalent qualification or experienceDeveloped understanding of leadership techniques and ideally some formal leadership training.3+ years' experience.Experience in the Real Estate sector is desirableGood knowledge of construction industry technical mattersExperience of industry standard forms of contract, typically JCT and NECBasic pre and post contract technical cost management skillsGood core technical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsGood IT skills for the role including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power PointDeveloping interpersonal skills with both client and Staff
