What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
- Client-focused and commercially aware
- Confident working in a fast-paced project environment
- Able to take ownership and work with a good degree of independence
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven
Your Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or similar
- MRICS (or working towards) preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in cost management or consultancy
- Good knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC contracts a benefit)
- Exposure to pre- and post-contract stages
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
