Cumming Management Group is seeking to recruit a Senior Level Project Manager in our London office with demonstrable workspace/corporate occupier experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership to Project Management and External Project team.
- Report to Global corporate business members on project status and seek decisions.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Navigate and prioritise competing client interests.
- Document and advise on the project solution, charter, brief and strategy.
- Manage a controlled change process through the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ideally degree qualified in real estate, construction, project and/or cost management, engineering or surveying.
- MAPM/MRICS or other equivalent qualification or experience.
