We are excited to announce that we have a superb opportunity to join Cumming Europe Ltd, as part of Cumming Group, in the role of Senior Project Manager in our Stoke Office.

The role of a Senior Project Manager includes the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed
  • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through reporting and regular updates
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations

Key Attributes:

  • The ability to support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
  • To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
  • Develop relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to grow and develop
  • Manage the delivery of key schemes in the Manchester office, as part of a team with senior team members

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within civil engineering, ideally in development-led projects
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering design, remediation, infrastructure, drainage, and cut & fill
  • Familiarity with current CE processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
