Senior Bid Manager

Join our agile, growing team and lead complex and high-profile bids. As a Senior Bid Manager, you’ll drive strategic and complex submissions, shape winning strategies, and work with a talented, multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead strategic bids and proposals from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategic opportunities, from bid planning and strategy sessions to submission delivery.
  • Shape win strategies, storyboards, key differentiators, and compelling client value propositions.
  • Challenge and support technical teams to produce clear, persuasive content.
  • Manage bid governance, compliance, quality reviews, and timelines to ensure robust submissions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in bid tools, processes, and sector collateral.
  • Capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is shared across the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing bids in the built environment or professional services sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
  • Excellent editorial and writing skills, able to turn technical input into client-focused content.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; InDesign is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APMP best practices
