Cumming Group are seeking to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a 3 month fixed term contract, with the opportunity for this to be extended based on business requirements. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in recruitment. The ability to be confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority would also be advantageous.
The role of an Internal Recruiter includes the following responsibilities:
- Publish current live vacancies across job boards, ensuring that job advertisements have been reviewed.
- Reviewing and shortlisting applicants that have applied via job boards / LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork has been completed and filed ahead of interview stage.
- Create diary invites for interviews ensuring that suitable meeting rooms are booked for in-person interviews.
- Conduct interviews with Directors / Line Managers.
- Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Create and issue offer letters with approval from Hiring Manager / HR.
