The Role: Cumming Group is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join our team in the Cardiff office. As a Graphic Designer you’ll design eye-catching print and digital materials, from brochures and infographics to social media graphics, presentations, and web content. You’ll also support our RFP and proposal documents, ensuring everything we produce is on-brand, visually consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:- Graphic and digital design for brochures & documents (print and digital); web sites; social media; infographics; presentations and reports.
- Graphic design support for RFP response documents.
- Oversee best practice across all documents and ensure consistency and structure.
- Be the liaison with the US design team and roll out updates on critical design elements.
- Provide design support where required.
- Work with stakeholders on deliverables and approvals.
- Activity completion, deadlines met, productivity & collaboration.
- Video or podcasting editing.
- Adobe creative suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong PowerPoint skillset is a must.
- Ability to transform complex, text-heavy content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs that enhance understanding and impact.
- Not essential but desirable: Video editing / production; text/titles animation; photography; podcasts and audio editing; copywriting.
- Calm and focused under pressure due to experience and attitude. Used to short deadlines and competing priorities.
