Due to continued growth across our Scottish business, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Edinburgh office .

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of our Project Management team, delivering high-profile developments across Scotland while helping shape the future growth of the business.

Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will lead the successful delivery of projects across the hospitality, residential, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and workplace sectors for a range of national and international clients.

You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, providing strategic advice to clients, leading consultant teams and ensuring successful commercial, programme and quality outcomes.

This role would suit an experienced consultancy Project Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading complex projects and contributing to the growth of a dynamic and ambitious regional business.

Essential Duties as well as understanding when to escalate client issues to senior members of the team.

Preferred Education and

Experience: Ideally degree qualified (industry or non-industry) MAPM / MRICS other equivalent qualification or experience.

Supporting Project Management Qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner / Certified Project Manager / MSP / Risk Management. 5+ years’ experience (at least 3 years post qualification).

Strong experience of industry standard forms of contract, typically JCT and NEC Strong technical project management skills and provide leadership to others on PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Planning/programming, Change control, Reporting, Stakeholder management and Communications, Value Management.

Good experience of delivering multiple or complex projects and programmes of work through the entire project life cycle.
