The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll take responsibility for delivering projects from early feasibility through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Project Delivery

  • Take ownership of cost plans, budgets, and reporting
  • Manage valuations, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Administer contracts (JCT / NEC) and oversee commercial delivery
  • Lead risk and value management processes

Be a Trusted Advisor

  • Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships
  • Provide clear, confident commercial advice
  • Work closely with project teams to drive successful outcomes

Add Value Beyond the Numbers

  • Support procurement, tendering, and contractor selection
  • Contribute to business development and bids
  • Help identify opportunities to improve delivery and performance

What You Bring

  • Client-focused and commercially aware

Your Experience

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or similar
  • MRICS (or working towards) preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in cost management or consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Experience across pre- and post-contract stages
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
