Responsibilities include:
- Support the businesses Recruitment Strategy.
- Track recruitment data metrics and ensure transparent updates.
- Resource planning - facilitate resource meetings across the business, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed.
- Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Ensure that the recruitment tracker is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
Experience using Workday is advantageous. Good experience in recruitment, ideally as an in-house recruiter or similar. Good understanding of the full life cycle / 360 recruitment process.
