The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across South Wales, acting as the
  • Employer’s Agent on

JCT Design & Build contracts. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

This is a varied, client-facing role that will see you regularly visiting sites across

Swansea and Newport , whilst also building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

JCT Design & Build contracts.

  • Managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Administering contracts and ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Leading project meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Managing project risks, programmes and reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Carrying out regular site visits across

Swansea and Newport .

  • Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and sharing best practice across the wider team.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience acting as an
  • Employer’s Agent under

JCT contracts .

  • Previous Project Management experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple live projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between sites in

Swansea and Newport .

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Working towards or holding

MRICS, MAPM or another recognised professional qualification.

  • PRINCE2 or other Project Management accreditation.
  • Experience within consultancy or professional services.
