We’re looking to appoint an Associate Project/Cost Manager to support the continued growth of our Real Estate team. This is a senior client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and enjoys balancing project delivery, client relationship management, and business growth.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to help secure and deliver major commissions while supporting the development of both clients and people within the business. The successful candidate will bring strong pre-existing client relationships, proven work-winning capability, and extensive experience delivering complex construction projects across the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading project and cost management commissions from concept through to completion
  • Developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Supporting bids, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Managing project commercials, forecasting, and fee performance
  • Advising on procurement, contracts, risk, and value management
  • Leading project teams and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple complex projects
  • Driving high-quality service delivery and commercial outcomes
What we’re looking for
  • 8+ years’ experience within project management, cost management, or quantity surveying consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Proven experience within the Real Estate sector
  • Demonstrable business development and client management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
