Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and their advisors to obtain construction and property documentation in an effective and efficient manner.
- Researching the tax history of properties and reviewing legal documentation associated with property acquisitions.
- Advising clients on complex legal issues relating to their entitlement to capital allowances.
- Preparation of claims and reports with supporting evidence, including capital allowance assessments, asset life assessment, and insurance assessment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Mentoring and training other team members if required.
- Completing all relevant tasks as requested by senior staff members within the required time frame.
- Maintaining communication with the wider team, especially regarding project progress.
