Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Provide procurement and contract advice (NEC)
  • Manage project budgets, value engineering, and risk management
  • Deliver post-contract administration and reporting
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development
  • Mentor and support junior team members

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Cost Management, or similar
  • Confident working with NEC forms of contract
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills
  • Belfast‑based (or commutable), with flexibility to travel to client sites
