Responsibilities

  • Listen and engage with the teams you lead.

Qualifications

  • Competing On‑Call Firefighter with proven competency; or competing On‑Call Crew Manager and in‑date ICL1 qualification for Watch Manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership, compassion, honesty, integrity, attitude, drive and resilience.

Salary and Contract

  • For Crew Manager – Development retainer £6,198 (or percentage of contracted hours), hourly rate £18.87; Competent retainer £6,466, hourly rate £19.68.
  • For Watch Manager – Development retainer £6,606, hourly rate £20.11; Competent A retainer £7,230, hourly rate £22.01.
  • Contract: Permanent and fixed‑term opportunities.
  • Workbase: Your On‑Call Station.
