About this opportunity
We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for an organised and experienced individual to join our Business Support team, based at CFRS Headquarters in Penrith.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and can keep up with a fast-paced work environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, customers service skills and the ability to use a variety of Microsoft packages effectively including MS Teams, outlook, word and excel.
Within this role you will be expected undertake many tasks on a daily basis, some of these tasks will include:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support.
- Liaise with customers and other stakeholders ensuring a professional approach to queries.
- Communicate effectively across various channels including face-to-face, telephone, mail, and electronic media.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure information is managed in a secure way.
