About the role
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring our pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. Duties include:
- Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms
- Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
- Supporting pupils with social interaction and play
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children
- Administering basic first aid where required
What we’re looking for
- A warm and approachable manner
- The ability to build positive relationships with children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A calm and consistent approach to behaviour management
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
