Contract: Fixed term

Work pattern: Part-time

Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 per annum pro rata (£2,869 - £2,993 per annum)

Are you friendly, reliable and passionate about supporting children in a school environment? We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

About the role

As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring our pupils have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. Duties include:

  • Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
  • Supporting pupils with social interaction and play
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children
  • Administering basic first aid where required

What we’re looking for

  • A warm and approachable manner
  • The ability to build positive relationships with children
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A calm and consistent approach to behaviour management
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
