One year fixed-term appointment (role will be reviewed)

32.5 hrs per week (term-time only)

Grade 6 NJC points 19 – 20 £32,061 - £32,597 pro-rata

We are looking for a supportive and committed individual to lead a bespoke Key Stage 3 provision. The role focuses on helping students with literacy, numeracy, or social emotional needs make a confident transition from primary to secondary, building the foundations they need to thrive in the mainstream curriculum.

Kenswick School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and all staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and all appropriate pre-employment checks, including online and social media screening.

A small proportion of teaching hours in addition to this role may be available for suitably qualified candidates and can be discussed at interview.
