The Governors of Jericho Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated kitchen assistant to work in our wonderful team. This post is to start as soon as possible.
The post holder will be required to carry out general kitchen duties in the school kitchen and dining areas. Responsible to the Kitchen Manager, duties will include washing dishes during lunch time, assisting the kitchen team to deliver lunchtime service and general kitchen cleaning duties.
The Kitchen Assistant should be someone who is motivated by helping others, patient and resilient, as this would be perfect for this role.
This post is part-time, term-time only. Hours of work – Monday to Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. As such the pro-rata full-time salary is £5,504. This position is for 10 hours per week. OP1 (£12.65 per hour).
