We are looking for two enthusiastic, talented and committed Teaching Assistants to join our hard‑working team at Frizington Community Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and supportive School environment. The ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting the learning and development of students, ensuring they thrive academically and socially.
The position will be for 28 hours per week and required from 6th of January 2026, or as soon after as possible.
The successful candidates will:
- Be committed to the safeguarding and well‑being of all children;
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be positive, highly motivated, organised and committed;
- Be able to support the learning and development of children with additional needs;
- Have a commitment to achieving high expectations, standards and excellent progress – ensuring maximum potential;
- Be able to work as part of a team, both under direction and using their own initiative;
- Enjoy working with, and be able to, develop positive and professional relationships with families and the School community;
- Make learning engaging and meaningful and have enthusiasm for learning beyond the classroom;
Relevant Level 3 qualification is essential and previous experience working in a School or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
