Permanent Finance and Office Manager – Term Time Only Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: BS7 FTE £28,598 to £29,540 (pro-rata); actual salary £21,389.68 to £22,094.22. Salary may be negotiable dependent upon experience, with flexibility for a higher grade pay scale for a more experienced and qualified candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the School office, including supervision of staff.
- Oversee financial processes, including budgeting support, transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure efficient administrative systems and high standards of service delivery across the School.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, attendance and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to health and safety, including site responsibilities such as Fire Warden duties.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents and external partners, providing clear and effective communication.
- A welcoming, supportive and friendly School community.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, pupils, parents and external partners.
