Responsibilities
- Support the Management Committee and advise on procedural and constitutional matters.
- Manage memberships, administer meetings and maintain appropriate records.
- Schedule and coordinate 4 Management Committee and 9 Sub‑committee meetings per year, typically held in the late afternoon / early evening; other working hours are scheduled at the Clerk’s discretion.
