Hours: 32.5 hours per week. Weeks: 38 term‑time weeks + 3 INSET days + 2 additional hours outside term‑time (e.g., evening meetings).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves promoting student well‑being, personal development and academic progress through high‑quality pastoral support. You will work closely with students, families, teaching staff, support teams, and external agencies to build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment. You will support students within a designated year group, helping them navigate challenges, make positive choices and thrive personally and academically.

Requirements:

  • You must not be on the Children’s Barred List.
  • The role requires a commitment to safeguarding pupils; a DBS criminal record check will be required.
  • Experience working with children and providing pastoral support is desirable.
