We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Teaching Assistant to join our committed, hardworking and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the learning and development of pupils, ensuring they flourish academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be positive, highly motivated, organised and committed;
- Be able to support the learning and development of children;
- Be able to work as part of a team, both under direction and using their own initiative;
- Enjoy working with, and be able to, develop positive and professional relationships with families and the School community;
- Be committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children;
Relevant Level 2 qualification is essential and previous experience working in a School or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
