Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our dynamic team at Cumbria Park Hotel. Located in Carlisle, this role is pivotal in providing outstanding service to our guests in our two bars, contributing to their overall experience while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Engage with guests to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
