About This Role
Hours of work: 12.5, Monday - Friday Term time only (38 + 2 weeks)
As part of the Cumbria Education Trust, Workington Academy is led with shared vision, honesty and purpose. The successful candidate will be joining CET at an exciting time, as we continue to build on our successes and move forward on our journey to establish ourselves as one of the highest performing MATs in the North of England.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be able to ensure that students are able to enjoy their break periods in a relaxed but controlled manner.
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security.
- Have experience of working constructively as part of a team.
- Have a purposeful approach.
- Be able to work with a variety of age groups.
- Be self‑motivated, adaptable and reliable.
