As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, encourage positive learning experiences, and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
A commitment to helping every child reach their potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential - we'll provide full training.
Hours of work: 19.5 hours (over 3 days) per week
Working pattern: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.
