About This Role
Hours of work: 37 hours per week*
Working pattern: Monday-Friday
Term weeks: Term-Time only, plus 2 weeks
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have secretarial/administrative experience preferably in a school based setting
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be competent with ICT skills including the use of Word (including mail merge), Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be friendly and approachable
- Be able to work as part of a team
Your Key Responsibilities
- To organise cover for absent staff, create a daily cover rota and organise efficient and effective cover of lessons by supply staff and teachers
- Provide cover for a broad range of duties associated within the administration function in school
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, both face to face and via the phone for internal and external stakeholders
