Queen Katherine School in Kendal now seeks an enthusiastic Assistant to the SENCO to join our inclusive team.

You will work closely with the SENCO to lead a team of Learning Support Assistants and coordinate high‑quality SEND provision across the school.

In this role you will chair Annual Reviews, develop Learning Action Plans, liaise with families and external agencies, and monitor intervention outcomes while safeguarding and maintaining robust SEND records.
