Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly reception service to all at The Whitehaven Academy, responsible for signing in visitors to the school, answering telephone calls and face‑to‑face enquiries from parents, carers, staff and the wider community.
- Provide administrative support for the school office.
- Ensure the main reception area is presentable, clean and tidy.
