Working pattern: Flexible around meeting commitments (30 meetings per year); Term weeks: Term time only – 38 weeks, with minimum paid weeks 43.6; Hours of work: 10 hours per week.
We are seeking an administrator to support our Local Advisory Boards (LABs) within the Southern hub, which includes: Queen Katherine School, Stramongate Primary School, Castle Park Primary School, Kirkby Stephen Grammar School, Tebay Primary School, and Yanwath Primary School.
The role will involve minute taking at 30 meetings held in schools (meeting schedule agreed in the Summer Term for the following year, 5pm start time), as well as all other administrative work. Hours are flexible and may include working from home. Laptop and travel expenses will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide minute taking at 30 scheduled meetings per year.
- Support Local Advisory Boards across the Southern hub schools.
- Handle all other administrative tasks as required.
- Work flexibly, including from home.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely communication.
