As a Community Support Worker you will play a vital role in helping people live life to the fullest. You will build meaningful relationships, support wellbeing, and make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

  • Offer emotional and practical support
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines
  • Support with medication
  • Encourage independence and confidence
  • Work sleep-in shifts, providing an overnight presence and peace of mind to those who need it

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Eligible if you consider yourself disabled as defined by the Equality Act 2010, or if you are aged 24 and under and were in care or have left care, or if you are an armed forces veteran whose last long-term substantive employer was the armed forces
  • Require an Enhanced DBS Check with an Adults Barred List check
  • No prior experience or qualifications are required; training will be provided
