Project Manager - Free Home Energy Support Futureproof Cumbria Location Penrith/blended (home/office) Hours 30 hours per week We're currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead our county-wide Free Home Energy Support Service, helping households save energy, reduce costs and create warmer, greener homes.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the delivery of a high-impact programme supporting around 1,500 households across Cumbria, ensuring targets, budgets and funding requirements are met while leading and supporting a dedicated team.
Working closely with funders, partners and colleagues, you'll drive performance, manage risks, monitor outcomes and use data to continually improve the service.

Skill Requirements The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager with excellent organisational skills, a collaborative approach and a track record of delivering projects successfully.
