We're currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead our county-wide Free Home Energy Support Service, helping households save energy, reduce costs and create warmer, greener homes. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the delivery of a high-impact programme supporting around 1,500 households across Cumbria, ensuring targets, budgets and funding requirements are met while leading and supporting a dedicated team. Working closely with funders, partners and colleagues, you'll drive performance, manage risks, monitor outcomes and use data to continually improve the service.
