We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our dedicated team and contribute to a diverse range of projects. Our small team is committed to meeting and exceeding our clients' needs, and we are looking for a candidate who is experienced in the technical delivery of projects beyond the Planning Stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various construction and procurement methods, ensuring high standards of technical realisation.
- Develop established designs into detailed Building Regulations packages, Tender Packages, Production Information, and Scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with contractors on site to facilitate the construction process.
Skill Requirements
- Professional qualifications in architectural technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing.
- Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of projects with a focus on technical proficiency.
