Signal are seeking two enthusiastic people to join our friendly team to help us establish and grow two new free weekly Creative Youth Clubs running on Saturdays for 11 to 16 year olds in Barrow.

Job Role: Youth Worker (2 posts available) Trainees Welcome as Accredited Youth WorkerTraining is provided.

Hours: 12hrs a week:
8hrs on term-time Saturdays + 4hrs timings to be mutually agreed
12 hrs outside term-time – days/times to be mutually agreed

Salary: Starts at Β£26,436.80 pro rata (FTE 0.30) for age 21 and over. Applicants must be 18+

Holidays: 28 holidays a year inclusive of bank holidays per annum Pro Rata (FTE 0.30)

Contract: Funding secured for three years. Renewed annually subject to successful delivery.

Reporting to: Youth Programme Manager

Deadline: Friday 25th September 2026

Start Date: End of September 2026 onwards
