Are you passionate about creativity, community and making things happen in Workington? Everyone Here is looking for a trainee to join us between June 2026 and January 2027 as part of our festival and events programme. This is a paid opportunity designed for someone excited by community-led arts, as part of our collaboration with Workington Town Council on their festival and events programme.
The successful applicant will develop experience across both creative producing and production management, while identifying an area of particular interest to focus on throughout the placement. You do not need formal qualifications or extensive experience. We are looking for enthusiasm, reliability, curiosity and someone ready to get stuck in.
The Opportunity
- Hands-on experience supporting festivals and public events
