Could you lead the next chapter of Prism Arts? They are looking for an ambitious, collaborative and values-led Chief Executive Officer to lead Prism Arts through an exciting period of growth and transformation. As CEO, you’ll help shape the future of inclusive arts in Cumbria, with some big opportunities ahead:
- Strengthen Prism’s long-term financial sustainability
- Lead the search for a permanent, accessible home for Prism
- Support the organisation’s growth and development
- Build influential partnerships across Cumbria and beyond
- Champion the leadership and creativity of learning disabled and neurodivergent people
- Help ensure their work is seen, valued and respected
You’ll bring senior leadership experience, strategic and financial confidence, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to equity, creativity and community.
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 FTE, depending on experience
Hours: 0.6 FTE
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria. Hybrid working considered, with a weekly on-site requirement.
