The Ullswater Inn, part of Inn Collection Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality on Ullswater. You will lead a small team, oversee daily operations, coordinate food and service standards, and ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience across dining and rooms.
You'll work hands-on in a fast-paced pub-with-rooms environment, manage shifts, liaise with chefs and suppliers, and help with stock checks and guest responses.
