Cumberland Council is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Children and Family Wellbeing Service.
This permanent leadership role oversees the front door and safeguarding services for children and families, including those on Child in Need and Protection plans.
You will provide strategic leadership, drive practice improvement, and work with CAFCASS, the judiciary, police, health and education to secure positive outcomes.
A recognised social work qualification is required.
